Withdrawal & Refunds: If the refund request is made by August 15 for the fall season or March 15 for the spring season, a full refund will be given, if the request is made after that date and before the season begins a refund, minus a withdrawal fee will be issued only for a medical reason or a family moving out of town. No other refunds will be issued after the start of the season without the approval of the Board of Directors. For a travel program, the withdrawal fee is $27.00. For K2+ and Pre-K the withdrawal fee is $15.00.
